Brief Biography
Born in the village Urtam of Kozhevnikovo district of Tomsk Oblast. In 1979 graduated from Novosibirsk Agricultural Institute. From 1979 to 1983 – a chief engineer of Urtam agricultural equipment. From 1983 to 1986 – a manager of the Company Yuvalinskaya Agricultural Equipment. In 1986 was appointed as a director of sovkhoz Dubrovsky, which was later reorganized in the agricultural company Dubrovskoe.
