Brief Biography
Born in the village Suiga of Molchanovo district of Tomsk Oblast. In 1971 graduated from Tomsk Institute of Radio Electronics and Electronic Engineering. Worked as an engineer in Omsk radio plant named after A.S. Popov. In 1973 was drafted. In plants of electric coupling of Tomsk Oblast he worked as an engineer, with further promotion - as a chief engineer of the regional broadcasting center. In 1983 was appointed as a deputy chief, and in 1985 – a chief of Tomsk Regional Production and Technical Communication Department. Since 1991 to 1993 worked as a chief of Rossvyazinform. In 1993 was elected as a Director General of the OJSC Tomsktelecom. Since 2002 – Deputy Director General of OJSC Sibirtelecom, Director of the Tomsk Branch.

Has an honorary title Honored Worker of Communication of the Russian Federation. In 2005 was one of thousand most professional managers of Russia according to the version of business-rating of the Association of Managers of Russia.
