Brief Biography
Born in Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo Oblast. In 1975 graduated from Tomsk Civil Engineering Institute in Industrial and Civil Construction. After graduation worked as a repairman, work superintendent and chief engineer. In 1990-1997 headed the Committee for Energy, Transport, Communications and Road Services of the Administration of Tomsk Oblast. Since 1997 - works as the Director of Tomsk Regional Board for Road Fund and Automobile Roads.

Bears the title Honored Road Worker of Russia. Has the Medal For Management of the Subsurface and Development of Oil and Gas Complex of West Siberia, the Order of Merit for Country of II degree.
