Brief Biography
Born in Barnaul. Graduated from: 1979 - Tomsk Polytechnic Institute; 1985 - Novosibirsk Higher Party School; 1992 - Tomsk Civil Engineering Institute. Started his career in 1970 as a turner. After graduation from Tomsk Polytechnic Institute worked as a geologist in the oil and gas production board Strezhevoineft. From 1980 to 1983 – a deputy chief of the headquarters of territorial and production complex in development of oil and gas deposits in West Siberia of Tomsk Oblast. From 1985 to 1989 worked as a secretary of Vasyugan united party committee. From 1990 to 1999 – a manager of the branch of Sberbank in Strezhevoi, then he worked in the Strezhevoi branch of Promstroibank. From 1999 to 2000 – Deputy Director General of the Company Tomskgazprom. From 2002 to 2004 – Director General of the Company Tomskgazprom. Since 2004 – the Head of Financial and Economic Department – vice-president of the Company Vostokgazprom.
