Brief Biography
Born in the village Narym of Parabelsky district of Tomsk Oblast. After leaving the Narym secondary school entered Novosibirsk Meteorological College. In 1990 joined the Navy (Severomorsk, a radio operator on a battleship). In 1992 returned to the village Parabel and joined the police. In 1995 started his own business in trading. Since 1997 is involved in timber harvesting and building.
