Brief Biography
Born in Prokopevsk of Kemerovo Oblast. Graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic University. Worked at the department of economics of industry and management of enterprises. Defended Ph. D. thesis in 1989. Since 1990 has been a senior teacher, an assistant professor. Since 2001 has been a Head of the department of the management in Tomsk Polytechnic University. Defended a doctor thesis in 2004. Since 2005 has been a vice rector for academic affairs of Tomsk Polytechnic University.
