Brief Biography
Served in the Soviet Army. Graduated from Tyumen Oil and Gas University. Then he was employed by Tomsk department of the Company Gazprom. In 2002 established and headed the Company Eastern Investment Gas Company, one of the biggest enterprises in the field of housing and utilities in the territory of Tomsk Oblast. In 2006 initiated the establishment and headed the Fund of Development of Tomsk District.
