Brief Biography
Born in the village Togur of Kolpashevsky District of Tomsk Oblast. In 1973 graduated from Physics and Engineering Department in Tomsk Polytechnic Institute. Worked as a production engineer at the radio engineering plant of the Siberian Chemical Plant and was gradually promoted to the position of the Director of the Plant. Since 1996 – deputy of the chief engineer of the Siberian Chemical Plant in chemical production, since 1999 – First Deputy Director General of the Siberian Chemical Plant. In 2002-2005 – head of the Nuclear Fuel Cycle Department of the RF Ministry of Atomic Industry. Since 2005 – Director General of the Siberian Chemical Plant.

Holds 42 inventor certificates and patents, over 100 publications. Recipient of the Sign Inventor of the USSR. Honored Chemist of the Russian Federation.
