Brief Biography
Born in the town Tolochin of Vitebsk Oblast, Belarus SSR. In 1977 graduated from Tomsk Civil Engineering Institute, in 1996 from Tomsk State University State and Municipal Management. After graduation from the Institute, in 1977-1982 worked as a mechanic and then a master mechanic of the Construction Department No.23 of the trust Tomlesstroy of Kolpashevo District of Tomsk Oblast. In 1982-1990 - Director of Kolpashevo Motor Transport Enterprise. In 1990-1993 - Chairman of Kolpashevo Town Council of People's Deputies, a deputy of Tomsk Regional Council of People's Deputies. In 1993-1996 - head of the Kolpashevsky District Administration. In 1996-2003 - Director General of the enterprise Avtotransportnik.
