Brief Biography
In 1959 entered Tomsk State University, Department of History and Philology. After graduation from the University worked as a professor in the Philosophy Department, then held a number of positions from the Head of the Department of Sciences to an ideology secretary of Tomsk Regional CCPSU Committee. Graduated from Academies of Social Sciences and of Management under the President of Russia; worked as a Vice-Rector of Tomsk Polytechnic University and a Vice-President of the company Vostokgazprom. Since 1992 - Director of the International Management Institute, innovation educational subdivision of Tomsk Polytechnic University.
