Born in Tomsk. In 1993 he graduated from the Tomsk State University, the specialty Economic and Social Planning. From 1993 to 2001 worked in the administrative board of the Central bank of the Russian Federation in Tomsk Oblast. From 2001 to 2004 worked as a manager of Tomsk Branch of Svyaz-Bank. In 2004 established and headed Tomsk Branch of Promsvyazbank.
