Brief Biography
Born in Belovo of Kemerovo Oblast. In 1976 graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic Institute, Applied Physics and Engineering Department. In 2004 graduated from the Tomsk State University, specialty Economist-Manager.Since 1976 to 1985 ã. – a chief of the regional student building team. Since1985 to 1987 – Deputy Director General of Tomsk regional production board of cereal products. In 1987 was appointed as Director of Tomsk Complex of Cereal Products. Since 1991 – Director General of the Company Tomsk mills.

The head of the Association of Food Producers of Tomsk Oblast (1998–2002). Awarded with the Order Sign of Honor (1986), the Order of Friendship (1996), the Medal of Honor for Labor Valor (1981), the highest public award of the Russian Federation in the field of food production For Abundance and Prosperity of Russia (2004) and rank «The Deserved worker of the food industry of the Russian Federation» (2009).
