Brief biography
Born in Irkutsk. In 1985 he graduated from Tomsk State University, the specialty Biology, in 1999 – the Economic Department of Tomsk State University. In May 2006 he graduated from Tomsk Branch of Siberian Academy of State Service, the specialty Public and municipal management. Since 1985 he has worked as a teacher in Tomsk school No.30. From 1991 to 1998 - Director of the Building Company Tomix. From 1997 to 2001 - a deputy of the Tomsk State Duma, Vice-Chairman of the Budgetary and Tax Committee, then became a Chairman. From 2001 to 2002 - a Chairman of the Labor and Social Policy Committee of the State Duma of Tomsk Oblast.
